Job Title: Treasury and Dealer Head

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our treasury and dealer team. As the head of this department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing funding strategies that optimize our balance sheet while ensuring liquidity requirements across all business units.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in trade finance, credit, liability, investment, and operations, as well as expertise in assessing and managing FX swaps, CCS, and IRS in various currencies. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with risk management frameworks will be essential in overseeing dealing room operations and maintaining strict adherence to policy frameworks.

You will also provide input on improving Forex Trading Policy, Derivative Policy, ALM Policy, Market Risk Policy, Stress Test Policy, and Contingency Funding Plan to ensure regulatory compliance. Regular updates on liquidity positions will be provided to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement funding strategies to optimize our balance sheet.
  • Ensure liquidity requirements are met across all business units.
  • Assess and manage FX swaps, CCS, and IRS in various currencies.
  • Oversee dealing room operations and maintain strict adherence to risk limits and policy frameworks.
  • Provide input on improving Forex Trading Policy, Derivative Policy, ALM Policy, Market Risk Policy, Stress Test Policy, and Contingency Funding Plan.


Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in trade finance, credit, liability, investment, and operations.
