Job Title: Fabrication Technician

Job Description:

A skilled fabrication technician is required to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welding tasks on a variety of structures, equipment, and components.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a safe and secure work area by adhering to established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe working environment by following standard operating procedures.
  • Prepare and set up tools and equipment needed for fabrication tasks.
  • Perform high-quality welding tasks with precision and accuracy.
  • Identify and report any fabrication issues and contribute to resolving them as necessary.
  • Carefully handle and maintain welding equipment and tools.
Requirements:
  • Higher NITEC certificate with BCSS certification is essential.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is necessary.
  • Proficient in 3G, 4G, 5G & 6G welding techniques is mandatory.
  • Skilled in gas cutting, PP welding, metal arc welding, and orbital welding is required.
