Job Summary:

We seek a results-driven AI Quality Assurance Specialist to develop scalable monitoring processes, ensure the quality and accuracy of our Generative AI use cases, and drive continuous improvements to enhance the reliability of Gen AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive monitoring processes applicable across multiple Gen AI use cases.
  • Manage and analyze data related to Gen AI accuracy, ensuring data quality, consistency, and relevance for performance evaluation.
  • Monitor key performance metrics to identify trends, potential issues, and improvement opportunities proactively.
  • Generate regular reports on Gen AI performance and accuracy, presenting key findings and insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share performance insights and support optimization efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, performance monitoring, or quality assurance, preferably in AI/ML environments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
