Job Description:The role of the Business Support Professional involves providing key support to leadership, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Scheduling Coordination: Manage calendars, appointments, and invitations ensuring efficient prioritization
- Administrative Support: Provide exceptional assistance to leadership, facilitating smooth project management and supporting key business functions
- Research & Information Preparation: Conduct comprehensive research and compile essential data for strategic decision-making processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A diploma or higher preferred
- Multitasking Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders
- Self-Sufficiency & Initiative: Able to work autonomously with little supervision, showing strong initiative and excellent organizational skills
- Communication & Planning: Strong planning capabilities paired with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
