Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to customer homes to install digital smart lock products according to company standards and specifications.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues related to smart lock products.
  • Provide clear and concise product training to customers, ensuring they understand the features and functionality of their new smart locks.
  • Test lock functionality after installation to verify proper operation and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to a daily schedule to complete installation tasks efficiently and on time.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers.
  • Accurately document and report all installation, repair, and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure that equipment and spares are properly maintained and replenished for daily operations.
  • Maintain the company vehicle in good condition.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in electrical work, carpentry, or lock installations preferred.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
  • Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings.
  • Possession of a valid Class 3 driver's license. Company vehicle provided.
