**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with various teams within the organization to meet security requirements, ensure compliance, and document risks.
  • Engage in project activities, assist project teams in resolving new and existing issues, and monitor security-related concerns.
  • Support auditors by providing necessary information to demonstrate compliance statuses.
  • Contribute to security governance programs and deliver high-quality service to ensure the system meets the highest security standards.
  • Utilize knowledge of CIS security standards to guide the team in achieving compliance.
  • Take part in design activities and offer solutions to maintain security throughout different phases of the program lifecycle.
  • Recommend and provide templates to help end users minimize security risks.
  • Possess a solid understanding of attack vectors and offer solutions during the design phase to minimize risks with appropriate security controls.
  • Provide training to staff and external clients as needed.
  • Have practical experience in implementing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) systems.
  • Ensure procedures and controls are in place to meet regulatory, legal, and business requirements.
  • Develop and manage formal risk analysis and self-assessment programs for various Information Services systems and processes.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with Banking Regulations (BFSI), HIPAA, PCI, and the NC Identity Theft Law.
  • Establish and oversee a structured vulnerability and testing program.
  • Manage the resolution of new and ongoing issues, and keep track of security-related matters.
  • Stay updated on security trends through training, research, and development to address potential security threats.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of GRC personnel.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

**Requirements**

  • Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in implementing GRC systems and managing compliance programs.
