Job Title: Delivery Driver - Class 4 License

The primary function of this role is to transport goods and materials between various locations. This requires the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport cargo from one location to another within set deadlines.
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently.
  • Manage traffic flow and navigate through congested areas.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors regarding delivery schedules and issues.


Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in driving a Class 4 vehicle.
  • Possess a valid Class 4 driver's license.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical fitness to withstand the demands of regular driving.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a delivery driver.
  • Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with mapping software.
