Job Opportunity: Sports Retail Associate

We are currently seeking a Sports Retail Associate to fill a temporary position for a period of three months. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

About the Role:

  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to meet the needs of our customers, including answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including dusting, sweeping, and restocking shelves.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock takes to ensure accurate inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving new stock.
  • Retail Duties: Perform other retail duties as assigned by your supervisor, including cashiering, merchandising, and visual display.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum N/O/A levels or equivalent.
  • Availability: Able to commit to working 3 days per week, including one weekend day, with a minimum of 6 hours per shift.
  • Teamwork: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Commitment: Commitment to working for 3 months.
