As a Telemarketer, you will play a pivotal role in connecting potential clients with our professional advisors.
You will be responsible for scheduling appointments between prospects and financial advisors.
Outbound calling to qualified prospects using provided lead lists is another key responsibility of this role.
Additionally, you will follow up on missed calls or busy prospects to maintain engagement.
Achieving targets for daily and monthly appointment setting is also crucial in this position.
Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system with detailed notes is an essential aspect of this job.
Key Responsibilities- Outbound calling to qualified prospects using provided lead lists
- Schedule appointments between prospects and financial advisors
- Follow up on missed calls or busy prospects to maintain engagement
- Achieve targets for daily and monthly appointment setting
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system with detailed notes
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years telemarketing, sales, or related verticals experience
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Professional phone etiquette and resilient mindset
- Comfortable with rejection and goal-oriented
- Financial services or insurance industry experience
- Proven track record in appointment setting or lead generation
