What does it take to be a successful Business Manager Co-Pilot?
Key Responsibilities- Provide in-depth analysis and support for fact-based decision making, leveraging current business environment knowledge and specialist financial acumen.
- Actively participate in strategy development and create scenario plans to optimize shareholder value.
- Work closely with Decision Support and Control teams to deliver high-quality data and timely frameworks, as well as reliable measurement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure the use of accurate financial information for informed decision-making and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Promote benchmarking through external and internal information.
- Review monthly performance, pinpoint areas of risk, and develop action plans to achieve targets and forecasts.
- Support projects focusing on margin enhancement and other ad-hoc initiatives related to business or net interest margin (NIM) objectives.
- A proven track record of career progression within the organization, including leadership roles and experience working with senior management.
- Previous experience in Accounting/Finance functions, such as Sales, Factory, or Supply Chain Controller.
- Familiarity with the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
- Experience working within a network organization, involving internal and external providers.
- Degree in Business/Finance and/or accountancy qualifications.
- Proficiency in English.
