We are seeking an experienced Operations & Controls Risk Manager to join our team at Deutsche Bank AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT. As a key member of our Corporate Bank APAC Branch Operations Embedded Risk Team, you will play a critical role in supporting CB APAC Operations with first-line operational risk management.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor the portfolio and ensure timely, accurate, and complete execution of events.
- Instill a control mindset across the organization, ensuring control focus is prominent.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Operations teams and its management to build an effective partnership.
- Coordinate with Line teams to perform Control self-assessments & testing.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Operations Risk & Control role in banking.
- Proven experience in Control, Risk review, and with an exposure to control practices.
- Proven knowledge of Corporate Bank Operations processes.
- 2nd Line of Defense or Audit experience.
- Possess analytical skills, high attention to detail, solid organizational and interpersonal skills, and innovative mind-set.
