Job Overview

C2O CORPORATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Business Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our accounts and administration department.

Key Responsibilities

The Business Support Specialist will be involved in the following key responsibilities:
  1. Order Entry Support: Assist in processing orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  2. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
  3. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records and efficient order fulfillment.
  4. Data Entry: Enter data into our system, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  5. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing, mail sorting, and other tasks as required.


Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • A Junior position with relevant experience in administration or accounts.
  • NITEC or Dip in Business in Admin.
  • An understanding of budgets and financial management principles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
