Job Description

This role oversees the creation and execution of targeted marketing strategies to drive growth, revenue, and profitability across defined segments. Collaborating with internal teams ensures effective communication with customers through various channels.

The ideal candidate will identify key markets, analyze consumer behavior, and develop compelling value propositions. They will design and present marketing materials to stakeholders, gain approval for plans, and monitor performance metrics to inform senior management decisions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing project lifecycles, including scope, resources, schedule, initiation, start-up/design, building, and deployment.
  • Developing project plans, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely completion according to specifications.
  • Designing and presenting marketing tools and information to gain approval from internal stakeholders.
  • Providing subject matter expertise to ensure marketing plans are on target, clarify product positioning issues, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Communicating with marketing sources to gain insight into customer needs.
  • Staying current on trends and issues impacting customers by reviewing segment sources.
  • Using financial analyses to determine future target markets and identify strategic implementation opportunities.
