Job Overview
Our organization is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Pastoral Ministry Coordinator. As a key member of our pastoral team, you will play a vital role in leading and developing a vibrant community of Life Groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in building a strong sense of community among group members.
  • Mentor and coach leaders to develop their skills and character.
  • Help identify and develop group leaders, facilitating exchange of ideas between leaders and groups.
  • Conduct regular meetings with group leaders and visit life groups in the community.
  • Provide pastoral care and support during times of hospitalization or bereavement.

Baptism and Membership Support
We are looking for an individual who can assist in organizing and administering baptism and membership classes, working closely with our overseeing pastor. This will involve creating a welcoming environment for new members and ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey with our organization.

Additional Duties:
  • Oversee the Sunday Order of Service and ensure smooth logistics and technical support.
  • Perform assigned duties as required by the reporting officer or pastor-in-charge.

Requirements:
  • At least two years of prior experience in a similar role.
  • A heart for servanthood and pastoral ministry.
  • Strong communication and team player skills.
  • Good organizational and planning skills, with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work on weekends.
  • Theology certification is an added advantage.
