**Job Title:** Education Technology Solutions Specialist

Role Overview

This role involves working with students and their families to identify learning gaps and provide technology-based solutions.

You will be responsible for building trust through meaningful conversations, prioritizing student success, and bridging the gap between sales targets and empathy-driven service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education and technology, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to understand and address customer needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Student Support: Diagnose student struggles and recommend technology-powered learning solutions.
  • Sales: Work towards achieving sales targets while prioritizing student success.
  • Communication: Build and maintain trust with parents and students through effective communication.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have a graduate degree in any discipline, demonstrate an ability to learn about technology products and solutions, and showcase a passion for education and technology.

Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be willing to learn about our products and sales process.
