About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to oversee the performance, workload, and case assignments of our social work team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing guidance on high-risk cases and collaborating with colleagues to deliver optimal care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Casework Management: Lead complex case management and psychosocial interventions.
  • Team Management: Oversee and manage the social work team's performance, workload, and case assignments.
  • Community & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and government agencies to enhance service delivery.
  • Program & Service Development: Develop, implement, and evaluate social work programs, including group work and counseling services for residents, families, and staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant supervisory or managerial experience in Social Work
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, supervise, and develop staff
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations, compliance requirements, and financial assistance programs
