Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers to identify, prioritize and drive equipment solutions under an accelerated technology cadence umbrella for yield, reliability and cost gaps
  • Manage safe environment through proactive safety practices and ensure compliance with safety policies
  • Develop talent by hiring, mentoring and managing highly capable equipment engineers
  • Provide regular performance feedback and develop career plans for team members
  • Set equipment strategy for future technology nodes and define roadmaps
  • Engage suppliers to develop necessary equipment and hardware improvements
  • Collaborate with process development and manufacturing teams to align project priorities and deliver robust, high volume manufacturing capable equipment on time

As a senior manager/lead, you will be responsible for creating a culture of innovation and tenacity within your team to meet the needs of accelerated technology development. You will also enable FOAK (First Of A Kind) equipment capacity for effective results.
