Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Strategic Transformation Analysis Manager to drive innovation and lead strategic transformation initiatives at BIMAGE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. This role focuses on leveraging digital tools and methodologies to streamline processes, improve organizational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Digital Strategies: Design and implement digital transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring seamless integration and measurable impact.
  • Analyze Current Processes: Conduct thorough analyses of current processes to identify areas for digital optimization and innovation, informing strategic decisions.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market and competitor analyses to inform transformation initiatives, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Digital Tool Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend digital tools and platforms to meet business objectives, ensuring effective adoption and operational success.
  • System Implementation: Oversee the implementation of new digital systems, ensuring smooth integration with existing processes and minimizing disruption.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user adoption and operational success, fostering a culture of collaboration.
  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate with stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals, ensuring everyone is working towards the same vision.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor project performance using metrics and analytics to assess impact and inform future strategy.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors, facilitating communication and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Communication and Training: Communicate transformation strategies, progress, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders at all levels, providing training and support as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, strategic analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business solutions.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and change.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
