Job Title: After Sales Support Specialist
In this role at JL (S) INVESTMENTS PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that customer issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently, while also maintaining a strong relationship with our clients and related departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Maintain a strong relationship with customers and internal departments.
- Manage and coordinate multiple regional and global accounts, leading business reviews on operational performance and reviewing KPIs to achieve requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide proactive troubleshooting and direction for the global operations team.
- Escalate customer pain points and resolve issues within the agreed-upon timeline.
- Participate in customer-related activities, including sales, customer service, billing, legal, operations, and pricing.
- Update SOPs regularly and share best practices with team members.
- Source vendors for cost reduction plans and provide advice to operations to meet customer requirements.
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' level and above.
- Customer-oriented, responsible, positive, and proactive.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Highly adaptable and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
