Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team at Connect Energy. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both server-side and client-side technologies, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, plan, and implement innovative software solutions.
* Design and develop robust and scalable server-side components using Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar technologies.
* Create and maintain databases, ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and manipulation using SQL or NoSQL databases.
* Implement security best practices to safeguard user data and application integrity.
* Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, and ensuring smooth user experiences.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* At least 5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
* Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
* Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
