Global Supply Chain Planner

Our organization is seeking an experienced Production and Demand Planner to join our team in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain detailed production schedules in SAP for big bags & bulk liquids,
- Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of inventory to supply to sales/transfer orders,
- Work closely with site logistics to send in containers & isotanks to the plant for loading
- Review customer forecasts to develop accurate demand plans,
- Collaborate with sales, and commercial teams to gather inputs for demand forecasting,
- Follow-through order to cash flow to ensure said orders are placed, arranged and delivered timely (i.e. Order entry, material availability, logistics status & booking to delivery & invoicing),
- Coordinate production schedules with tolling partners,
- Follow-through order to cash flow to ensure sales orders are placed, arranged and delivered timely,
- Monitor inventory levels and raw material shipments,
- Monitor inventories including external storages,
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand without overstocking,
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant field,
- 3+ years' experience in production planning, demand forecasting or supply chain management,
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and familiarity with demand planning tools (e.g. Excel, forecasting tools),
- Familiarity with IMDG code, FTA / MCS
- Having APICS certification is advantageous
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless production and supply chain operations.
