Robot Fleet Management Team Crew Member Job Description

Job Summary:

The Robot Fleet Management Team Crew Member is responsible for enhancing productivity in cleaning operations through effective management and optimization of robotic systems. This role involves overseeing the deployment and performance of cleaning robots during operations, acting as the first responder to ad hoc robotic breakdowns, and utilizing data analytics to optimize robotic deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the deployment and performance of cleaning robots during operations.
  • Act as the first responder to ad hoc robotic breakdowns and perform daily troubleshooting.
  • Utilize data analytics to optimize robotic deployment, aiming to increase completion rates and run efficiency.
  • Analyze data from operational platforms such as HIVE, IFS, and AIMS to generate actionable insights that improve on-ground cleaning operations.
  • Lead innovation initiatives, including trials and the implementation of new technologies or methods in cleaning automation.

Working Hours:

Shift 1: 7AM to 3PM

Shift 2: 11AM to 7PM

Shift 3: 7PM to 7AM

6 Days Work Week

Working Location:

Changi Airport
