Senior Healthcare Project Lead Position Overview

The role of Senior Healthcare Project Lead is a high-level position that oversees the management and coordination of healthcare projects from conception to completion.

This key member of our team will specialize in delivering high-quality healthcare projects that meet client needs and regulatory requirements. They will lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes, develop and implement effective project management strategies to drive efficiency and productivity, and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

  • Project Management Expertise: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architectural project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Leadership Skills: As a Senior Healthcare Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and direct team members are essential.

Requirements:

  • Education: A degree in Architecture recognized by the relevant authorities is required.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-graduate experience in architectural project management is necessary.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of BIM/Revit, Archicad, Autocad, Sketchup, and In-Design software programs is required.
