Shipping Coordinator

This is a dynamic role that involves coordinating the movement of goods and materials from one location to another.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, internal teams, and external partners.

You will be responsible for managing shipment schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

In addition, you will work closely with our Import/Export teams to ensure smooth daily operations, including coordinating space bookings and sending pre-alerts to stations before shipment arrival or departure.

Able to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with good interpersonal skills and customer service experience.

  • Manage shipments and monitor schedules
  • Coordinate with Import/Export teams
  • Send pre-alerts to stations
  • Update shipment status and inform customers

We are seeking a team player who is able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in sea freight forwarding is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Additionally, good communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is also necessary.
