Part-Time Front Desk Associate

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and professional Part-Time Front Desk Associate to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role involves being the first point of contact for our guests, members, and staff, ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, members, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and email enquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Manage visitor registration and issue passes as necessary.
  • Schedule appointments or bookings as required.
  • Support general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and document handling.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to relay messages and follow up on enquiries.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A positive attitude with a professional appearance and manner is required.
  • The ability to multitask and manage time effectively is necessary.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email, is expected.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
  • Flexibility to work part-time shifts, including weekends, is required.

Working Hours:

  • Part-time (e.g., 3 days/week, 4-hour shifts, weekends)
