About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead and perform internal audits, identify key control weaknesses on procedures, and propose corrective action plans to ensure risk mitigations operate effectively. They will also monitor defined action plans to ensure remediation on audit findings, with status reporting. Additionally, they will conduct regular analysis on internal controls, Entity Level Control (ELC) campaign as part of SOX compliance, vetting, segregation of duties (SOD), etc. Furthermore, they will build entity risk mapping through internal interviews and deep analysis, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business. Lastly, they will lead the process to create, update, standardize, and improve documentation of all controls, procedures, business processes.">">

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum 3 years of experience in related audit, internal control, or compliance roles. You must be highly analytical and meticulous, with good organization skills. Integrity, along with business and risk acumen, is essential. A team player, mature, independent, pro-active, and taking the initiative are also crucial qualities for this position. Ability to adapt to foreign cultures, with an international mindset, is a plus. Proficiency in SAP and GRC10 is desirable but not mandatory. Please note that proficiency in these tools may enhance your application, however, it does not substitute the required skillset for this position.
