Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician

As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our estate's mechanical and electrical (M&E) services. This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and assist in the daily operation of the M&E services, including maintenance schedules and inspections.
  • Perform weekly checks on the estate's M&E system and troubleshoot minor issues.
  • Carry out minor repairs and maintain a proper stock control for mechanical/electrical accessories and materials.
  • Respond to ad-hoc complaints from the Management office and attend to emergency calls.
  • Ensure service contractors conduct servicing properly and follow up with external contractors on routine tasks.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of M&E systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
