Interior Sales Assistant Role

This role is a fantastic opportunity to work in the interior design and HDB renovation industry. The Interior Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Director in managing HDB renovation and carpentry sales, as well as assisting with site coordination and materials proposal.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They should also be proficient in AutoCAD and have a basic knowledge of architecture or interior design principles.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing quotations and proposals
  • Assisting with site supervision, coordination, and follow-up on daily site activities
  • Liaising with sub-contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Maintaining effective communication between clients and internal teams throughout the project
  • Supporting the Director with administrative, coordination, and planning tasks

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or relevant field
  • Experience in HDB renovation and carpentry works preferred
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Ability to travel for site meetings and coordination work
