Job Title: Brand Promoter

Job Summary:

This role plays a pivotal part in fostering brand recognition and expanding customer reach for various businesses. Key responsibilities include developing and executing effective marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and staying up-to-date with the latest advertising technologies and methods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Educate employees on company policies, strategies, and image representation through training sessions.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to target new markets and enhance brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Draft campaign proposals, create marketing materials, and plan events to promote business growth.
Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies, channels, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and design skills, as well as proficiency in software such as Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and video editing tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Ability to work independently, think creatively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Communications or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Initiative, resourcefulness, and flexibility in dealing with people and adapting to changing situations.
  • Good organization and planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
