Job Title: BIM Technical Specialist

About the Role
The BIM Technical Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across our projects. This position requires a highly skilled individual with expertise in BIM software, architecture, and engineering design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date BIM models for all project deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of BIM into the project workflow.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on BIM software, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company BIM standards, protocols, and policies.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
  • A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Proven experience working with BIM software, including Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
