Job Opportunity for General Dentist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate General Dentist to lead our dental care services. This key member of our team will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with colleagues, and promoting a culture of excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to established protocols.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, prioritizing prevention and early intervention.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient care.
  • Conduct regular quality assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in dentistry, applying knowledge to enhance clinical practices.

Requirements:

  • A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure to practice dentistry in the state where the position is located.
  • At least 2 years of experience in general dentistry, with a proven track record of providing exceptional patient care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and support staff.
