Job Summary

SGX is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring listed companies' compliance with listing rules and regulations, and providing support to the Listing Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze listed companies' compliance with listing rules and regulations
  • Provide support to the Listing Compliance team in reviewing and processing corporate actions
  • Assist in researching and analyzing financial market trends and regulatory developments
  • Develop and maintain databases for policy analysis
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of financial markets and regulatory frameworks
Learning Objectives:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of SGX's regulatory framework and develop your skills in regulatory affairs, compliance, and policy analysis. You will work closely with our experienced team to identify and address regulatory risks and opportunities, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the growth and development of our listed companies.
