Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to assist customers with their purchases.
  • Process sales transactions, manage cash handling duties, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting atmosphere.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
