Marketing and Content Creation Internship

We are seeking a talented Marketing and Content Creation Intern to assist our marketing team in creating engaging content, building a strong online presence, and fostering a vibrant community of young professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Cove community app, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the Creative & Social Media Executive to plan and execute visually appealing content that aligns with our brand guidelines. Stay updated on the latest social media trends and proactively suggest new creative ideas for platforms like IG Reels and TikTok.
  • Assist with setting up and staging professional and lifestyle photoshoots and VR shoots for new properties, adhering to our guidelines. Lead and manage VR scan during property photoshoots.
  • Work with the marketing team to plan and execute exciting monthly community events for our tenants.
  • Provide support to the marketing team in staging properties for investors tours.

Requirements:

  • Completed or pursuing an undergraduate degree in design or a related field.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Experience in creating video content for IG Reels, TikTok, and/or YouTube.
  • Basic video editing skills.
  • Comfortable with being on camera.
  • Great spoken and written English.
  • Creative with an eye for design.
  • Resourceful.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to be flexible and deal with ambiguity.
  • Proactive and not afraid to go out of comfort zone.
  • Team player.
