Churros Craftsman

As a key contributor to our team, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Churros Craftsmen to join us in creating exceptional customer experiences.

This role is an integral part of our daily operations, where you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality churros, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.

• Churros Preparation: Assist in the preparation and presentation of churros following standard recipes and guidelines to ensure consistent quality.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, taking orders, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a delightful customer experience.
• Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the shop. Perform routine cleaning tasks and ensure all areas comply with health and safety standards.
• POS Operation: Assist in managing transactions using the point of sale (POS) system, ensuring accuracy in order processing and payment handling.
• Inventory Support: Help monitor and restock inventory as needed, ensuring supplies and ingredients are readily available for daily operations.
• Opening and Closing Support: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up the shop for the day and securing it after closing.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient operation and a positive working environment.

• A strong background in food and beverage service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills, including churro-making techniques.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
