About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Establishing good working relationships with clients and developing trust and confidence;
  • Maintaining quality service standards;
  • Taking charge of overall Air Conditioning Maintenance Ventilation systems;
  • Scheduling maintenance activities for ACMV systems;
  • Tracking maintenance works and following up actions;
  • Ensuring regular meetings with clients and appointed sub-providers;
  • Conducting daily audit inspections to ensure outsource service providers are performing according to contractual obligations;
  • Handling tenant inquiries and managing external agencies on new initiatives and major repairs and maintenance works;
  • Preparing tender documents and specifications, planning, coordinating, and executing rectification works;
  • Managing project costing and cost management.
Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading a team of assistant managers, engineers, technical officers, supervisors, and technicians in facilities management for buildings;
  • Developing and maintaining quality service standards;

  • Managing the daily AC thermal comfort within acceptable limits;
  • Scheduling maintenance activities for ACMV systems;

  • Conducting daily audit inspections to ensure outsource service providers are performing according to contractual obligations;
  • Handling tenant inquiries and managing external agencies on new initiatives and major repairs and maintenance works;
  • Preparing tender documents and specifications, planning, coordinating, and executing rectification works;
  • Managing project costing and cost management.
