Security Governance Lead

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Security Governance Expert to oversee security governance and oversight for our Asia Business, R&D and Outsourced activities.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure site security processes and procedures are setup and operated in accordance with corporate policies and requirements.
• Support site security management on all aspects of personnel, physical, production and IT security at various card and secured documents production sites within the region.
• Acting in accordance with the Corporate Security Management System and Policy to support site security management on all aspects of personnel, physical, logical, IT security at all Asia R&D / Outsource Manuf activities.
• Oversee information security for related sites in Asia region to ensure compliance with required organizational security requirements and applicable certification and regulatory standards.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for stakeholders in Asia region on security queries, issues and provide solutions in line with required compliance and risk level.
• Support sites in obtaining accreditation and ensuring ongoing compliance with security regulatory requirements for business/R&D security activities according to applicable standards.
• Cloud Security Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud security best practices and native security services within major cloud platforms.
• Container Security Knowledge: Knowledge of containerized application security and orchestration platform security like Kubernetes in cloud environments.
• Serverless Security Awareness: Awareness of unique security challenges and best practices associated with serverless computing.
• Cloud Data Security Experience: Experience in implementing data loss prevention, encryption at rest and in transit, data masking, and other data security controls specific to cloud storage and databases.
• Perform Risk Assessments and regular audits for internal and external stakeholders as per accreditation or corporate standards, recommend and verify implementation of solutions/controls.
• Manage security risks and issues in a measurable way and in accordance with corporate policies and customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain the Site Security Management System (SMS) to fulfill regulatory requirements and ensure security KPI compliance for desired level of security for sites and business activities.
• Provide inputs and recommendations to management and take necessary steps to propose security controls needed to protect information and assets, business data and customer/partner information.
• Tactical Process Manager between security personnel and organizational leaders to achieve strategic security objectives.
• Formulate security audit plan with Asia Security Director and perform cross-site audits in Asia region to ensure controls and audit trails are in place to protect company assets.
• Monitor security activities (logical & physical) and advise management team on matters concerning card/secured documents production security, IT system security and outsourced activities.
• Work with business owners and departments to ensure security requirements and deployment of security framework in production sites and outsourced manufacturing activities.
• Lead investigation of significant security breaches impacting business operations.
