About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Food Preparation Associate to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and roasting of meats, chopping and portioning ingredients, serving customers, and maintaining the cleanliness of the work environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in roasting and preparing roast meats (e.g., char siew, roast pork, duck, etc.)
Chop and portion roast meats according to customer orders
Serve customers politely and handle cash or digital payments
Maintain the cleanliness of the work environment, including the stall, chopping board, and equipment
Assist in restocking ingredients and supplies when running low
Support overall kitchen operations, including packing food and helping during busy periods
We welcome entry-level candidates as training is provided
Able to commit to early morning shifts (shift starts at 6:30am)
