Job Description

We are seeking a skilled QA Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and assurance, with experience in performing dimensional inspections and maintaining technical documents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Compiling and coordinating the submission of First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) to customers in accordance with AS9102 requirements.
  • Maintaining and updating technical documents, drawings, specifications, and process instructions to ensure traceability and version control.
  • Performing dimensional inspections of manufactured components using calibrated tools and equipment to verify conformance to engineering specifications.
  • Documenting inspection results and escalating non-conformances for review and resolution.
  • Assisting in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities to address quality issues and drive improvement.
  • Preparing documentation and evidence packages for internal and external audits, including regulatory and customer audits.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement projects by collecting data, identifying trends, and supporting implementation of process enhancements.
  • Assisting in the development of visual aids, checklists, and training materials to reinforce quality awareness across teams.
