Salary

We offer a competitive salary of SGD 40,000 - SGD 60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus opportunities for bonuses and career growth.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic sales environment, assisting customers in selecting the perfect jewellery piece and ensuring they have a seamless shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers in browsing our collection, answering questions, and providing expert advice on jewellery selection;
  • Processing transactions accurately, handling cash, NETS, and credit card payments, and maintaining a secure and organized sales area;
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service;
  • Learning and staying up-to-date on product knowledge, including gemstones, metals, and jewellery designs;
  • Ensuring that all sales areas are clean, visually appealing, and well-organized at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues;
  • A strong passion for jewellery and customer service, with a keen eye for detail;
  • Basic knowledge of gemstones, metals, and jewellery designs, with a willingness to learn and stay updated;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment, meeting sales targets and achieving excellent customer satisfaction rates.
