Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
Requirements
  • Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in BIM modeling and software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
  • BIM-related certification from BCA Academy or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, and Revit.
  • Knowledge of Rhino and Grasshopper is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Tier 4 Digital Delivery Management (DDM) Accreditation by buildingSMART Singapore (bSS).
  • Well-versed in industry-standard software and tools.
