Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Risk Operations Associate. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.

In this position, you will be responsible for performing due diligence tasks, conducting entity verification, and supporting the Independence team with accurate data entry and reporting. You will also develop and maintain risk mitigation plans, controls, and monitoring mechanisms to reduce exposure to operational risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Due Diligence: Perform KYC risk reviews, conflict checks, BR form reviews, and sanctions screening using internal systems and tools.
  • Entity Verification: Conduct entity verification, documentation validation, and evaluate information in line with firm and regulatory risk policies.
  • Support Independence Team: Assist with accurate data entry, updates, and reporting related to global independence monitoring systems.
  • Risk Mitigation: Develop and maintain risk mitigation plans, controls, and monitoring mechanisms to reduce exposure to operational risks.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Law, Risk, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in risk operations, compliance, independence, or a related function.
  • Skillset: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and good documentation skills. Clear verbal and written communication, with the ability to liaise professionally across functions and borders.
