Test Engineer Role Overview

The goal of this position is to develop test programs for digital, power management, RF & mixed signal ICs using automated test equipment (ATE) for wafer sort and packaged ICs.

  • Create test hardware load boards and probe cards.
  • Collaborate closely with design engineers on first silicon debug, device characterization, test program bring up, and production release activities.
  • Analyze and debug digital test patterns and device characterization across PVT (process, voltage, and temperature).
  • Contribute to production release, yield improvement, and test time reduction.
  • Operate automatic wafer probers and test handlers.

This role demands high levels of collaboration and interaction with different hardware, product engineering, design engineering, quality engineering, and foundry engineering teams.
