Job Title: Financial Management Specialist

About the Role:
As a Financial Management Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization. You will be responsible for preparing management accounts, analyzing financial results, and driving performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliations and management accounts.
• Analyze financial results and collaborate with senior management to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
• Oversee year-end closing, reconciliations, and submission of tax returns and grant applications to ensure compliance.



Requirements:
