Transformation Business Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to fill a critical role in Singapore.
The successful candidate will provide expert guidance and configuration advice to banking clients on Temenos products throughout the project lifecycle, leveraging deep T24 product knowledge and banking expertise to deliver best-in-class solutions for our clients as part of large transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with banking clients to identify business requirements and translate them into actionable Temenos/T24 configurations.
- Develop clear specifications for custom development, ensuring the development team understands the project goals.
- Analyze gaps between client needs and T24 capabilities, proposing realistic solutions and workarounds that stay within project scope.
- Define and validate customization needs for Temenos products based on agreed-upon business definitions.
- Configure Temenos products through static and semi-static data definition, ensuring a smooth core banking system implementation.
- Conduct functional testing to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Recommend best practices for optimizing T24 utilization and maximizing its benefits.
- Communicate product capabilities to stakeholders through workshops and demonstrations.
- Manage stakeholder communication as a single point of contact for end-to-end solutions.
- Provide end-user training and mentorship.
Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience in Temenos Solutions Consultancy and Expert Services.
- Proven experience in T24 Core Banking transformation or Temenos Wealth Suite projects, with specialization in Private Banking.
- In-depth knowledge of standard banking processes and T24 modules (AA Loans, AA Deposits, Payments, Treasury, Securities, Corporate Actions).
- Strong product knowledge of mentioned T24 modules is a plus.
- Experience with Trading and Order Management Systems, Trade Settlements, and SWIFTs (advantageous).
- Understanding and ability to leverage the Temenos Implementation Methodology.
- Track record in delivering successful T24 Core Banking implementations.
