
Aerospace Component Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Component Repair Technician. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the repair and maintenance of aircraft components.
Your primary responsibilities will include performing visual and dimensional inspections on incoming and finished engine components, ensuring that they meet specification requirements. You will also be responsible for collecting data and feedback on the quality of parts inspected and providing support to manufacturing engineers and quality system engineers for evaluations and audits related activities.
As a Trainee Component Repair Technician, you will work closely with our experienced team members to develop your skills and knowledge in this field. You will have the opportunity to learn from experts and contribute to the success of our organization.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Required Skills and QualificationsWe are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A relevant full-time Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma in Automation Engineering/Aircraft Engines Maintenance/Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics Engineering/Aircraft Maintenance Engineering from local ITE/Polytechnics;
- Able to read and write English at a professional working proficiency level;
- Able to work rotating shifts;
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office;
- Willingness to accept a 1-year bond after the program.
