The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring that all M&E works are carried out in accordance with contract drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate M&E works to ensure compliance with contract requirements
  • Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress
  • Prepare and submit technical documents, including method statements, shop drawings, and installation check sheets
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Assist the Project Manager in preparing M&E Master Construction and Technical Schedule
Requirements
  • Professional Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Construction-related)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in M&E construction industry or similar capacity
  • Good knowledge of Building M&E services, including ACMV, Fire Protection, and Electrical Systems
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and detect discrepancies
  • Self-driven, independent, and team-player with good problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of local legislations on M&E works
