Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Bakery Team Member. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, and working effectively as part of a team.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Have knowledge of baked goods including types, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Be able to work on your feet for long periods of time and be physically fit.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills with guests and staff.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Ensure all areas of the shop are clean and tidy at all times.
  • Replenish stock levels and maintain visual merchandising standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Knowledge of bakery products and production processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
