Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinical Support Specialist. This role will provide administrative support to the clinic, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care by performing counter duties such as registration and assisting with appointment scheduling.
  • Support the clinic manager in maintaining accurate records and generating reports.
  • Act as the first point of contact for walk-in patients and phone inquiries, providing timely responses and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is an asset, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
