Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Architect to join our team. As a Senior Data Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing enterprise-scale data platforms and pipelines.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data architectures that meet business requirements and ensure data quality.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams of data engineers.
  • Create and deliver technical blogs and thought leadership on data engineering.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
  • Expertise in designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-scale data platforms and pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with at least three major data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, MongoDB, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, Neo4j.
  • Proficiency with modern data processing frameworks like Spark, dbt, Airflow, or similar.
  • Advanced knowledge of data streaming solutions such as Kafka, Spark Streaming, Flink.
  • Expert-level coding in at least one language (Python, Scala, Java) and working knowledge of others.
  • Strong experience with cloud data services (AWS, Azure, GCP), including migration and optimization strategies.
  • Practical experience with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
  • 10 years of experience managing data solutions from incubation to deployment and commercialization.
  • Strong ability to develop relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • Ability to develop and deliver client proposals, build consensus through analysis and expertise.
  • Proven mentorship and leadership in guiding data engineers.
  • Ability to create technical blogs and thought leadership content.
  • Active engagement in the data community through courses, podcasts, books, meetups, and projects.
